Please note, personalised items may only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in the same condition that you received them. Where possible the items should be in the original packaging. With the exception of faulty or items damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for the delivery and return postage. We recommend the use of a tracked courier service.
Once we receive the returned item a refund will be issued.
We regret that after 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
